Once you’ve purchased your personalised book, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your order. If you haven’t received an email from us, please contact us — our customer support team will be happy to assist.
Yes! If your personalised book hasn’t been delivered yet, a member of our customer support team can update your shipping address. Please contact us to do so.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order is placed. We use an automated system so our team can get to work right away creating and printing your new personalised book to minimise your wait time.

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your personalised book arrives damaged, please email us at contact@yekrak.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos of the damaged book in your email. A team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, since all our books are personalised and unique, we can’t offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your book, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve it.

For France, we offer a home delivery service. For the rest of the world, we offer a fast delivery service via Collisimo.
For mainland France, we recommend allowing 2 to 4 business days before you can read your new personalised book. For Europe and the rest of the world, expect 4 to 9 business days, and 11 to 18 business days for French overseas territories. This gives our team time to make sure every little detail is perfect and for the book to be delivered.
Our quality team works very hard to ensure every personalised book starts its journey to you perfectly, but if one slips through with a mistake, please contact us at contact@yekrak.com. Be sure to include photos in your message so we can fix the issue quickly.
For mainland France, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your book to be created and delivered. If it’s been more than 4 business days, contact us — a member of our team will be happy to help.
Our books are suitable for children aged 5 to 11, but there’s no upper limit!
The book measures 21x21 cm. The softcover version has 40 pages with 20 full-color illustrations. It’s available in two cover types: softcover (thinner and more flexible) and hardcover (more durable over time).
To avoid any return issues, we unfortunately do not accept post-delivery payments.

To keep our carbon footprint low, we do not include a paper invoice in the package. A payment receipt is automatically emailed to you right after your order — keep it as your proof of purchase.
Add the child's name and create a character who looks like them: skin tone, hairstyle, hair colour, eye shape, freckles. The character can also wear glasses or use a wheelchair. Over 36,000 combinations are possible. The character you create appears on the cover and throughout the whole story, not just on the first page. You can also add a personal dedication, free of charge. Before you order, you can read through the entire book to see the result.
On the island of Kisiwa, all the colours have vanished. The child becomes the hero of the adventure that brings them back, meeting characters along the way who face difference, exclusion and bullying. The story handles these subjects in words suited to children aged 5 to 11. It highlights friendship, courage, empathy and respect for difference. It also shows that it is possible to own up to your mistakes, to change, and to repair the harm you have caused, an angle rarely covered in books about bullying. At the end of the book, open questions extend the reading and help start a conversation as a family.
The book is printed in a square 21 x 21 cm format. Two finishes are available: • Softcover: 40 pages, light and easy for a child to handle. • Hardcover: 42 pages, more hard-wearing. Recommended as a gift.
