Yes! Click on “Create your personalised book” and you’ll be able to customize your own character with over 75,000 combinations!

Can I read the personalised book before placing my order?

Yes, once you’ve customized your character, you’ll be able to preview your book. This preview will let you flip through all the pages of your personalised book.

How can I confirm the details of my order?

Once you’ve purchased your personalised book, you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your order. If you haven’t received an email from us, please contact us — our customer support team will be happy to assist.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! If your personalised book hasn’t been shipped yet, a member of our customer support team can update your shipping address. Please contact us to do so.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes once your order is placed. We use an automated system so our team can get to work right away creating and printing your new personalised book to minimise your wait time.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. We use an automated system, so our team immediately starts creating and printing your new personalised book to minimise your wait time.

My order arrived damaged

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your personalised book arrives damaged, please email us at contact@yekrak.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include photos of the damaged book in your email. A team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I return my book for a refund?

Unfortunately, since all our books are personalised and unique, we can’t offer refunds. If there’s an issue with your book, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

What shipping options do you offer?

For France, we offer a home delivery service. For the rest of the world, we offer a fast delivery service via Collisimo.

How long will it take to make and ship my order?

For mainland France, we recommend allowing 4 to 6 business days before you can read your new personalised book. For Europe, expect 5 to 9 business days, and 9 to 21 business days for the rest of the world. This gives our team time to make sure every little detail is perfect and for the book to be delivered.

My order is incorrect

Our quality team works very hard to ensure every personalised book starts its journey to you perfectly, but if one slips through with a mistake, please contact us at contact@yekrak.com. Be sure to include photos in your message so we can fix the issue quickly.

My order hasn’t arrived

For mainland France, please allow 4 to 6 business days for your book to be created and delivered. If it’s been more than 8 business days, contact us — a member of our team will be happy to help.

What is the ideal age to read our books?

Our books are suitable for children aged 5 to 11, but there’s no upper limit!

What is the format of the book?

The book measures 22x22 cm. The softcover version has 40 pages with 20 full-color illustrations. It’s available in two cover types: softcover (thinner and more flexible) and hardcover (more durable over time).

Can I pay after receiving the book?

To avoid any return issues, we unfortunately do not accept post-delivery payments.

Is it possible to create a story with multiple characters?

At the moment, this isn’t possible — but we’re thinking about it ;)

I just received my order but there’s a defect. What should I do?

Will the invoice be included in the package?

To keep our carbon footprint low, we do not include invoices in the package. If you need an invoice, you can request and download it from your order page.
